Unless you try it you won’t know
I don’t know if I should smash these amazing rocks of transparent salt with hearts of blue or put them in a special bowl and stare at them …. Kinda between a rock and a hard place excuse the pun ? One thing I will say and I have many salts from Greek to Icelandic to Korea that this one from having a 10 second suck/palette taste test actually does taste ancient … As in there is a difference between the sea and a dried out ancient bed of salt, it’s like you can taste it’s old if that makes sense? I’m happy regardless of how I enjoy it but I do think that you have to taste it to figure out what your are going to do with it ! Or use it as a visual wonder
