Works great
Works great, would definitely buy again. To get it to heat large volumes of water quickly, you need to understand how the controls work. It seems to ramp the temperature up based off temperature difference vs just a simple on/off method. So you have to max out the temperature setting to get it to heat fastest then just turn it down once you hit your set point.

Worked great for 2 months then stopped
Worked great for 2 months. Then crapped out. All specs were done as well or better than required. Don't buy it

Not an easy install and flimsy unit. Needed custom tweaks to get it to work better.
Update: Seller is very understanding and communicative and has resolved the issue to my satisfaction.Does not heat up to listed temp. Had to have multiple electricians come and finally installed a new Wire connector hub because the metal tabs in the attached hub did not allow the gauge size to fit through. It needs to open up wider or it doesn't grasp the wires properly. Even still, after replacing the connector hub it only heats to around 102 and never reaches full temp before it shuts off the heating process. The services I paid for cost more than the unit itself and not worth returning for the same issue to be met with a new unit. The instructions are not super clear and I am worried that this will not last outdoors so I had to purchase an additional custom cover to fit this with all the placement of the PVC and wires. I cannot say I fully recommend this heater. Hopefully it lasts longer than I expect it to.

Great service
The 18kw did not work for pool or hot tub use in the USA based on not having a ground fault that met the requirements in the USA. Maximum amperage for gfi is 60 amps. Manufacturer sent me the correct unit (11kw) free due to this issue. Great customer service.

Good
No issues besides the flow rate. Heats up my hot tub takes about 15 min

Works great till it doesn't
Wired the 9kw heater up to a 50A outlet on a GCFI breaker. Used a 50A extension cord and chopped the male end to expose the wires. Pretty easy. Initially the heat element wouldn't turn on, but it was bc the pump pressure was low bc the filter was dirty. It's worked great for 4 months since then, but today it's no longer working. The breaker trips even when the heater is off. I suspect there's some moisture somewhere causing a ground fault. I threw a bunch of desiccant packets into the case. Hope it helps... It's 17F outside and worried the water may freeze in the pipes.Update: brought the heater inside, opened it up, and put a fan on it. Wired it back up a week later and still doesn't work. I paid too much money for it to break after 4 months.

Extremely happy
Performing admirably. I don’t think you can go wrong with this. The building flow detector is awesome.
