DON'T BUY FROM DATABAZAAR

I bought this product from Data Bazaar. I don't even have to change this cartridge on a yearly basis and I purchased the toner when my other cartridge was replaced so that I wouldn't be caught needing it without having it on hand. Within weeks of putting the toner cartridge in, my printouts had ink all over the bottom and the printer started giving an error code that toner was leaking. I don't know if they refilled the cartridge or what, but I contacted Data Bazaar about exchanging. They refused because I had ordered it a year prior. I feel this would make sense for a return but exchanging a defective item doesn't seem unreasonable.
