Nice knife, but not very sturdy
Knife was great, very sharp and in a very nice package. However, after couple of uses and cleanings (by hand) it started to rust. The blade also got tiny bends from I don’t know what even, I didn’t cut anything more then a tomato and a piece of meat with it. Unfortunately cannot return since the package is gone.

Brittle. Mixed steel and some bad alloy. Handle with care. Sad outcome
Snapped at the neck after ~three months. Is there no way to submit pictures? So the blade is split in two types of metal - the main thick section is made of some brittle alloy - and the "thin" blade section seems to be the "japanese" high strength steel. A good con. Sad

Very good
I’m really impressed with this sushi knife. It’s very sharp right out of the box and makes slicing sushi, sashimi, and fish incredibly smooth and precise. The blade feels sturdy and well-made, while the handle is comfortable to hold. It cuts cleanly without tearing or crushing the fish. Great quality for the price, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys making sushi at home.

Bon produit à ne pas mettre entre toutes les mains vu le tranchant
Qualité au rendez-vous coupe comme un rasoir après un bon affûtage

Really nice knife
I bought this knife as a birthday present for my father and I am really happy with it, even though the importer's label says made in China, it would be a mistake because the original packaging says Japan and all the indications and accessories match. The knife is also very light and yet strong, well balanced and very sharp.

True Japanese knife at a very affordable price.
True Japanese quality (not like those faux Japanese "inspired", made in China knives getting around) at an affordable price. Knife came beautifully packaged and razor sharp out of the box. Recommend this to anyone looking to get into Japanese knives but not break the bank.
