Scares birds that were leaving droppings on my vehicles.
I purchased this owl to keep birds dropping from my car and truck parked under my car port. So far it had worked fine.. I only had to fill it with sand for weight and place it where the birds can see it. It is very realistic.

They are watching over my plants and keeping the deer away.
I’ve ordered three of these owls. The deer seem to be afraid of them. They work much better than the blinking lights with sound.
