good quality but so expensive

I've never used tape before. Took pre-cut lengths as a precaution on a 38 mile hike and applied it to potential hotspots 6 miles in. The tape was effective immediately and I didn't get a single blister. No reapplication necessary either.

It's ok. The stretch is good but buy a cheaper tape! This stuff is no better than cheaper versions. It peels up from the edges before you've even done anything. Difficult to layer as it doesn't stick to itself well so it will lift up from the middle even. Wouldn't use Rock tape a second time.

Excellent quality, the best tape I used so far. Waterproof and can be left on skin for 3 consecutive days. Highly recommended
