Great budget friendly fountain pen
this is my first Parker pen and although it's one of their most entry level fountain pens (if not the most entry level) I am very impressed with it. the construction is very solid. it writes smooth and feels great in the hand. I like the details on the clip.

Quality Parker Fountain Pen ...
Quality Parker Fountain Pen ... Most of my high school and college years I used a fountain pen because it was easy to have quality ink available and I liked the smooth writing of a Fountain Pen. Over the years I have moved away from fountain pens and used the gel-ink ballpoints, but when I found this pen available on Amazon, I decided to give it a try... Not disappointed, the writing with this pen has brought back the pleasure of a good fountain pen with a dual supply capability (refill tank & cartridge) and many years of writing with a good fountain pen is relived. Sadly, the art of writing letters to friends and family has all but disappeared with the advent of the computer and email and phone texting. I have returned to the joy of writing to friends and family, the messages are more permanent and can be treasured for years to come. Highly recommended, great price and quickly shipped in secure packaging.

Good starter fountain pen
Have been using this for pen for a few months off and on. Received in good condition. Cartridges fit well without leaking. The issue with using it has been the nib tine alignment being such that it is "scatchy", so much so that it periodically produces paper fibers at the point of contact with the page, which wind up spreading ink in undesirable was when writing. Have been working on this alignment during this time. It has improved but still acquires paper fibers. This is the first fountain pen, first Parker pen, I have had with this issue. Still a WIP. Other than that, the pen is light weight and writes well. It is a little small for large hands but fits well enough with the cap posted. By my own experience, Parker has made very dependable writing utensils. Still use a ball point pen and mechanical pencil set acquired 40 years ago, with a refill cartridge design that has changed little in that time. Despite the misaligned nib tines (which can be easy enough to damage) on this fountain pen, Parker is always a recommendable pen.

It's an attractive pen and it works really well .
The Parker Jotter is a very nice pen for the price . It is a little smaller than most fountain pens but it feels very comfortable in your hand . Writes smoothly, no skips . Entry level pen , you won't be disappointed .

Good fountain pen
High quality fountain pen. The ink was easy to install and flows well. It’s a little light for my taste but it functions flawlessly. The ink wires smoothly and dries quickly.

A nice wet writer when it wants to be.
Seems to write pretty good, smooth feel, and has a nice wet flow. Which is ironic, because it really likes to dry out on me randomly and I have to give it a good shake or two to get the ink flowing again. Using Iroshizuku Shin-Ryoku ink in a parker branded converter. This is the medium nib.I want to like it because it's so lightweight and slim compared to all my other fountain pens, but it's a little disappointing. It would also be a much better value if the converter was included instead of separate, but that's not uncommon in this price range.

Very Good All-Round Pen, Beginners or Otherwise
This is an inexpensive pen. Mine was made in France (in the lovely city of Nantes! I have heard). It writes beautifully. I would not call this a beginner's pen; it writes too well. For me, it is a bit too slim for extended writing, but it is well made, a pretty tool, and it writes from the first touch every time. It is called a "jotter", and that tells the story: it is perfect for a quick note, a brief card, a short letter, taking down a phone number, taking a note while on the phone. A lot of "beginner" fountain pens don't hold up against other pens in quality or elegance of the line of ink they put down. My Jotter does. Based on this pen, I could recommend the Parker Jotter to anyone and a beginner will do very well with it, indeed.

Pen snobs rejoice!
If you like fountain pens (or just really fine writing instruments) you'll like this one! Great balance. Light weight, but still feels solid in your hand. Smooth ink delivery and a really enjoyable writing experience. It's simple and classic-great for everyday use, but still distinctive because, well, it's a fountain pen.

Bonita y ligera

Great Quality
I am a fan of Parker Pens as they are quality products and are easy to use. This fountain pen is no exception and is great to use. It came with one free inc cartridge and is compatible with the cartridges from my old pen.It is a shame that the grip is made of plastic as I would have liked to have seen it be made out of metal like the rest of the pen or even out of something that provides a more comfortable grip.Overall it is a great product and I would definitely recommend to anyone who likes fountain pens.

Che mi siano capitate solo a me?

Beautiful and smooth writer
Such a beautiful pen and a smooth writer. I have always had a Parker Jotter ballpoint pen as back in time as the 60s so I decided to check it newer sibling, the fountain pen.Not disappointed at all! It has the same, small, size as it ballpoint sibling and therefore it is equally easy to bring it with you on your pocket and use it on a daily basis.
