Not effective for me
I'm sure every person responds differently but this just didn't work for me. I eat healthy and obey strict meal plans based on a healthy eating weight loss app. Still had no results. No appetite suppression. No energy. No weight loss. I went through 2 bottles of this with no results. Super sad.

Might Work
Have just taken the 1st capsule this morning so I will circle back after I've given this product a chance. Felt it necessary to share that within 30 minutes I've got a very noticeable dry mouth feeling. Keep water on hand! It's been maybe 1.5 hours since use and I'm not hungry yet but time will tell.
