HDPE Wide Mouth Water Bottle, Clear, 48 oz

What an awesome Nalgene bottle that fits in the door pocket of my truck. The white color is the only option but that's okay. It's tall and that's okay and doesn't really bother me in the vehicle , and it's easy to grab. It's got the same very solid seal when you tighten the lid as any other Nalgene bottle. I've dropped a number of times and it's definitely durable. Super affordable price.

The 48oz Nalgene HDPE bottle is a cost effective way to carry water in a durable container that fits inside the same pockets and accessories as the popular standard 32oz widemouth Tritan Nalgene bottles. I can now carry twin 48oz bottles in an open top molle bottle pouch on each side of my LBT 72 hour pack. This means that I have an efficient way of bringing half a gallon of water along with me on family adventures into the woods. My last Nalgene lasted almost 20 years of moderate use. I don't expect the HDPE bottles to hold up as well for that length of time as they are slightly more flexible than the 32oz Tritan bottle. Also, I only intend on filling these bottles with water and using them to augment my primary 32oz Tritan bottle that is on my belt when I'm in the woods. I like that they fit inside a glacier cup as they have they same dimensions as the 32 oz widemouth Tritan. Good product that can be found at an extremely great price making it a no brainer for throwing in a pack.

There are all kinds of ways to carry water out there, but Nalgene was the OG and still the best! The 48oz Nalgene has a huge carrying capacity with a small footprint. Lightweight, indestructible, easy to clean and will not leak. In situations where water is a matter of survival, Nalgene is the choice!

Use: day hiking hydration Pros: Good water bottle with great capacity, seals well and is relatively light weight. Cons: this is not made from the same rigid plastic as the regular sized bottles, it is a softer, more waxy plastic and definitely has a smell. I don't mind it too much, kind of reminds me of the smell of those old wax mold-a-rama toys, but it will definitely bother you if you're sensitive. conclusion: great for increasing capacity on longer trips. If the smell bothers you, get the normal nalgene or a proper water bladder that can also store smaller when empty.

My Nalgene bottle recently gave up the ghost after splitting on one side. Although disappointing it should be noted that I have owned said water bottle for 7 3/4 years and apart from a new lid it has performed flawlessly. It has lasted through countless hunting trips in South Texas, Minnesota and even the southern alps of New Zealand. It bounced around in the back of my work vehicle and rolled around the floorboards of boats. It has worn stickers and sharpie writing and outlasted them all. I would recommend this bottle to anyone who asks. Tough as nails.

Amazon shiped it with super simple paper package.（International shipping to Japan!） However, the bottle is safe. Other products were broken that packed with it. Super durable.

Excelente botella de agua con capacidad de 48 Oz, a diferencia de otros modelos, esta se siente mas flexible, sin quitarle resistencia, el material se siente de buena calidad y no se deforma.

A nice big water bottle to keep beside me as I work and sip. I like that the cap is attached, and the part holding it is long enough that it doesn't impede drinking while flipped back. I'm glad there's no straw (those are hard to clean and bothersome). The material is thick and sturdy. I haven't tried dropping it when full, though, I'm not sure if it'll survive that. But overall, good quality. My only complaint is that it's kind of hard to hold in one hand. I sometimes have to sip from it using both hands, which looks silly. If the bottle could have had a slight indent or texture to make holding easier, it would be perfect. Still worth 5 Stars, because I know there's a lot of really bad quality stuff on Amazon, and this is the simple, no-frills water bottle that I wanted.
