I bought the first eyeliner at a local store and fell in love. I have since been ordering from Amazon in packs of 3 or more. I have given away several to friends and have converted them to fans as well. I primarily use it to line the bottom lid, and it goes on smoothly and lasts pretty much all day. I wouldn't call it 100% waterproof, but it is better than any of the other higher priced liners at staying put. It does require a makeup remover to get it all off at the end of the day. Price is right. Quality is good. delivery from this vendor is quick. Highly recommend!

I Love this liner it stays wit me all day and night. I use baby oil to remove that’s how well it stays on . Only thing I wish I could get all of it I’ve taken the end apart to get the remaining liner I use mine to the end . I Love it though.
