Very sturdy
The lock is very heavy and feels very sturdy. I use it to lock up my bicycle at home. I'm not sure I would use if for locking up my bicycle outside a shop because it'd be too heavy to carry on my bicycle.

Rubbish
Placed the padlock on a set of ladders and now it will not open . 2 others were bought at the same time which work well and so clearly not a user issue! Website tips include using wd40 but that failed . Customer support based in America and not available during Uk normal times . We now have to pay someone to cut it off so we can obtain access to urgently needed ladders
