Realistically not noticed any difference, after a couple of months. Extremely disappointed.

Strange, nobody has mentioned heat, it’s almost like an electric blanket heat wise. You can feel something going on like a tingling. The first night it sort of arrested my restless legs from starting… just kept it to the early warning pre twitching, which was good except that it was trying to evolve into a full blown fit of restless legs. It is a lovely soft material and will tuck under one side of the bed (kingsize and deep mattress) so is a decent size. I think it gives a better quality of sleep rather than longer sleep. It hasn’t radically improved my back pain but will continue with it to see. So for the price it gives hope if nothing else.
