It works great... But DO NOT use the dishwasher for cleaning. Hand wash the parts. We made the mistake of dishwashing and the plastic warped in the dishwasher making it fit together funky now. Other than that it's simple, straight forward to use and is loud, but works great.

Ice Cold Slushies! My grandson’s favorite gift – he’s now obsessed with making slushies. Works great with regular Coke. I'm not sure why other people have had issues using this machine – we follow the instructions, and it works fine every time. Just make sure you use cold sodas.
