Does it really work with 1 treatment?

It did for us. We had used another product and couldn't get rid of it. This did and is not harsh on your hair and scalp like other. I bought shampoo and spray conditioner. Recommend both

Does it get rid of the eggs also?

The Lice Repel kit is to keep the lice away and is not for treatment purposes, if you need to kill the lice and eggs in the hair.

I bought this as a preventative since my kiddo started kindergarten this year. Everything has been fine with this product until this week. I used it Monday morning on her and she developed a rash on her neck. The rash isnt going away so we are going to see her doctor tomorrow.
