Misleading description and cheap builx
I bought this roller because the description says that you can achieve thicknesses between 2mm to 3/4" however it will not achieve more than 8mm. The built is not sturdy enough for continuous use. Also there is no reference to regulate the thickness, so with two adjusters it can be tricky to adjust properly. Overall it is not worth the £200 price tag as it feels very cheap.

Doubted this would be any good in a busy kitchen, but it proved us wrong, we use it to make in excess of 30 but up to 70 pizza puks a day! fantastic product
