Great headphones & excellent customer service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I really love these headphones! They are comfortable, lightweight, stay securely on my ears, and the sound quality is great. I initially had an issue with my first pair where the volume would randomly lower on its own. I contacted the seller, and they were very responsive and quickly sent me a replacement. When I had a question after receiving the new pair, they responded right away and helped me get everything working. I've tested the replacement pair and they're working perfectly with no volume issues at all. It's always nice when a company stands behind its product and provides great customer service when there is a problem. I'm very happy with both the headphones and the way the seller handled everything. Highly recommend!

These headphones are so dope! I’m not exactly sure why I’ve decided to start developing frequent ear infections at the age of 40 when I’ve never gotten them in my life but these headphones came through in a clutch, LOL. The regular ear buds that have to be inserted in the ears started causing frequent ear infections, even after cleaning them after each use- I guess my body chemistry has changed with age. But these headphones helped with that problem so much because they don’t have to be inserted into the ear canal. I also have very small ears, so I had issues with the normally inserted earbuds staying in too and these earbuds do slide down my small ears a bit, but they otherwise stay on and are a very comfortable fit. I also thought that I was going to have some issues with volume for the same reasons, but nope, I actually prefer this so much better and am also able to remain aware of my surroundings at the same time. The battery and charge lives are very good as well and last a pretty decent time. I haven’t mapped out specific run time lengths because I haven’t had the need to run them for hours at a time yet, but they last as long as I need when I do pop one or both of them on. The only issue that I have with them is that the clip-ons do not seem to attach to them as solid as I would like and tend to spin on the earbuds. But that’s small potatoes and the clip-ons are an accessory and are not a ‘need’ for the use of the earbuds. They are very pretty when they’re attached though. I popped them in when I was getting dental work done, so I didn’t have to hear the drilling and my dentist was intrigued because he thought they were jewelry pieces I had in my ears. So overall and so far, they’ve been a great value and have been put to good use and a good use of money. I would definitely recommend.

Love the elegant look and sound quality ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. People can hear me clearly when talking. My only complaint is the decorative clamps/jewelry. I chose the butterfly 🦋 design, but all of the clamps need to be much stronger. They don’t stay securely closed, and I ended up losing one 😞. I considered using glue, but then the earbuds wouldn’t fit properly in the charging case. Overall, I love the earbuds—I just wish the clamps were stronger and more secure.

OK So they're cute but they really do sound nice and clear. I had no problem pairing them to my laptop. Make note that the pairing only occurs when the lid is open! It took me several days to figure that one out. I then tried to pair with my ipad. It took me several days to figure out that I needed to download an app! Now they pair. Now if I can just get them to work with my Motorola phone! Something is not working right. The buds are right next to the phone and that app cannot discover them. Positioning the jewelry just took some doing initially, but it will always take some doing because you have to constantly put on and position them just the way you want and then undo the process to charge them! The clips on the charms can be difficult to open but at least you won’t lose the charm. When I ordered this pair, I didn't realize there was a newer model. The newer version allows the jewelry to stay conveniently attached when closing the lid. This is important because the lid needs to be closed for charging.

I started wearing mine May 31st of this year. & for the 1st couple of weeks, I ABSOLUTELY ADORED them!! Comfortable, they didn't fall out of my ears, the touch wasn't too sensitive, meaning I wasn't "accidentally" calling people & the Rose Gold & Butterfly charm, super super cute! Unfortunately there's a "but." But it's now June 29th, not even a month later & the right side speaker is a tad staticky & the sound for the right side is really low. So in otherwords, it's gonna stop working very soon. A total of 2-4hrs 3 days a week for what 28 days, give or take a few hrs, let's say a total of 50 hrs of use for 28 lousy days for $40.... To me, not worth it... Every electronic product I've purchased off of Amazon has a short life before croaking for forever... Electric nail drills, decorative lights, these. So I will never purchase anything electronic from Amazon ever again unfortunately...

Feel loose and odd but work great . And pretty. Charge holds and I like the case. Did my first run in them and loved them. Comfortable, doesn't noise cancel but you hear more surroundings and can bear your music pretty well still! Would be very versatile for so many activities and people .

I got these because of the butterflies. They don't fit properly on the earbud. They are super loose and tilt down so they aren't even visible. They also don't fit in the case. The product pictures are a little misleading because they show the butterflies on while in the case. They are comfortable though. It was easy to pair and sound quality is good. Just really sad about the butterflies because it was the main reason I got them. Update: Customer service goes above and beyond. I expressed my concerns and Mike was very helpful. I was offered a discount and I requested new butterflies that fit more snuggly and I was happy with that. When he informed me that there was a newer model that does close with the butterflies on I requested that I would like to exchange mine for them. He offered to send me the new ones. When I asked how I would return the ones I have he said that for my convenience, I don't have to! Both the product (minus the loose butterfly) and customer service is A+. Hopefully the new sets butterflies will be more snug.

These earbuds are absolutely adorable! But if you are thinking about buying this you should know that the earbuds will not fit in the charging case with the butterfly charm attached. Also the butterfly charms were nearly impossible to unclip when I first opened them. Once I finally got it they are pretty easy to take on and off the earbuds. Luckily the earbuds stay on my ears which is a pleasant surprise because most earbuds dont. Honestly I think the price is worth it because these are so cute and overall the quality is good.

Really cute and works quite well. I use it for my taking my calls or listening to podcasts at work or travelling - it gives the right performance. For music it could be more immersive but it does the job for me.
