Easy phone to set up with contacts. Loud adjustable volume . Torch. Bold screen. Great camera Certainly a better phone and easier to set up than its competitor. Better price than its competitor. My 84 yr old dad found it easy to use , and could hear it ring .

There is no option to change the ringtone to a louder one. The factory setting one is not loud enough for anyone with hearing problems. Without my hearing aids, I can’t hear it. I struggle a bit with them in. I Googled how to change them, but the options shown were not available on this phone. My Carer will try again. All else is OK—great visible buttons.

Have tried a couple of basic phones, but battery time was poor. This phone is very much better, easy to operate and a good battery time as well

The phone looks great. It is for a present for someone, so it has not been tried yet, but will let you know when it is up and working ,..

This is the second sweet link mobile phone I have bought. The first one fell into pieces when trying to insert the SIM card, that Phone was returned and refunded. I ordered the second one expecting it to be more robust, however again, when inserting the Sim the holding catch came open and wouldn’t close. Fortunately, the second SIM holder remained intact when I inserted the SIM. I thought great this looks a nice phone however how wrong I could be, the reception was particularly poor lots of interference and was prone to loosing contact requiring the number to be redialled. We persevered with the Phone but sadly the quality of reception and reliability was extremely poor. Inevitably we simply couldn’t put up with the poor reception and breakdown in communication so we were forced to order our old faithful Doro brand which we have used for years despite the phone hinge of the Doro cracking and breaking in two. On taking out the Sim card, the spring holder of the sweet link flew off. Once again the phone was completely useless if we wanted to use it again. I do not recommend this phone for its poor Construction and weak reception in our area.
