Its cheap enough to subscribe to a bottle monthly. The high quality is that good that I have multiple bottles! In terms of pain relief, (I'm not a doctor. So always consult a healthcare professional), but i don't think this is actually supposed to be a pain antagonist? The texture is just water. Picture tasty water, like diluting juice, but really good for you. The size of each tablet is relatively medium. Kind of the size of the dip in the palm of your hand. No pain relief.
