I love this thing. It helps so much when doing a facial at home. The only thing I wish is that they made a smaller version of this. Since I do use it at home it does take up a lot of space on my bathroom counter.

I bought this to replace a previous machine I had that stopped working. The first thing that struck me as odd was how light weight it was compared to my old machine. The deal breaker was how inefficient it is. My old machine made the towels steaming hot. This one? Barely warm. No, just no. Sending it back.Update: my husband, who is more knowledgeable about electronics than myself, pointed out that this machine is only 150w, whereas my previous one was 200w. So apparently that is the key; you need to look for a 200w machine to properly heat the towels.

I use this towel warmer frequently for work. It is easy to clean and it gets towels hot in 30 minutes or even less. However, after having this product for a year and a half it stopped working. It gets warm for 10 minutes and then just shuts off. I tried to fix it but I will probably have to get a new one. Kind of disappointing because I know many other people who have used theres just as much and they have had them for 3+ years.
