So you open the box. Take the case out. Then you see another actual runner case you have to put on the phone. So you do that. Then the actual battery pack that charges the phone is supposed to attach to the back of the phone Via magnetic charging access point.It sticks and starts charging your phone just like the wireless pads do.What’s the issue you ask?It doesn’t stick or stay together!!! It just slides off each time you try to hold the phone. Why you ask? Because the phone is not securely attached to the wireless battery charging pad. Yes I’m call this a wireless charging pad because a case would actually be a case. It doesn’t do what it’s intended to you. Only way you can charge your phone with this is if you just lay it on your desk over the charging battery mat. You can’t hold it and talk on the phone . You can txt while on it. You can’t surf the web. All because the battery pack slides off. Also, the kickstand needs some real force to pop it open. And when you do and try to use it, the iPhone slides off a few milimeters. Oh and it’s bulky as hell!!! Don’t buy it. It’s crap. Don’t believe anyone else’s review that they say it works and etc. but if you do, don’t forget, I told you so!

The pictures are deceiving for its size. It is wider than portrait ant heavy. It dosesn’t attach as well to the case so the two parts are so independent that are difficult to keep together. I got rid of it, would not use it as it is cumbersome, difficult to carry

Upon arrival the porduct looked great! But after a week of use the charging port would no longer work. It wouldn't charge the case nor would it charge through to my phone. I tried charging just the case and no luck. I reached out to the vendor and they were happy enough to have me return the product.

that component is bad, too slow to charge and while charging is damaging the signal of the cell phone, besides that it is impossible to use it while charging because those loose elements are very unmanageable, I think I lost my money, very bad accessory,

This case is great EXCEPT that the thickness of it around the camera lens throws off the picture quality - especially pics in portrait mode. Pictures come out foggy and have a shadow/haze over them. I just get around that by sliding it out the case. It’s a little annoying but I love everything else like the charging by lightning cable and magnetic kickstand.

Had it 5 months... worked great.. now it won’t hold charge. I know these fade after time but after owning several of these or my other phones this one has lasted the shortest time.
