I purchased this potassium alum powder primarily for use in pickling, as it's known to help keep pickles crisp and fresh. So far, it has worked wonderfully. My pickles have stayed firm and crunchy, just the way I like them. The powder is very easy to use, and a little goes a long way. In addition to its great results for pickling, I’ve also heard of its benefits for skincare.
