This product works so well. Travelling it kept my insulin cold for over 36 hours before having to refreeze .

This is the real deal! I have ordered many others that have failed epically. This sweetheart has the freezer pack (bio gel) and the cool water pack, it came with a thermometer too. The bio gel freezes and stays cool for a long time, amazingly it keeps insulin at a consistent temperature during really warm times and cold times. IT'S MAGICAL! I am so happy with this purchase. I did order extra bio gel packs to have them as we are frequently in motion. It is bulky to where it doesn't fit in my purse, but fits perfectly in the cup holder. Again, so happy with this purchase, it gives me so much peace of mind! I have only been able to squeeze 3 pens in it, but that works for us.

Purchased this as a replacement/back-up for ice pack we have for an insulin carrier. This worked well for the carrier it is designed for so it fits perfectly --- I just found it a little pricey. Accurate description; delivery was a little longer than I would have liked so if you think you'll need it, you might want to allow for longer delivery time.

This one is excellent! I had 2 others that were supposed to be amazing and neither worked at all. Then I came across this one. I travel a lot for work and need something that will keep insulin cooled for 8 hours+. It does exactly what’s needed & keeps the insulin cooled as advertised. Cool bonus is the lid that holds the needles for the insulin pens. It dores 25 to 30 easily. I can travel super easy with it. Can keep it in my car or take in my carryon easily without it taking up a ton of space. Highly recommend this product.

Works well for traveling. I was able to store 2 weeks worth of needles and insulin pens. The black gives it nice "polished traveler look" and fits easily in a backpack, duffle bags. Well worth cost. If I have two suggestions to improve it, 1) it would be possibly stamping it or putting some kind of sticker that it is indeed TSA approved, I'm not a frequent flyer but when I do fly into and out of many different airports (daisy chain) and some TSA agents have no idea what it is and others let it slide right through. 2) maybe do a different shape like a rectangle or square.
