Pleased with this purchase
This television is awesome for the price! Definitely punches above its weight. Colors are vibrant. The black levels are a few shades more grey then an oled ( I have an lg cx, purchased for a family member) but it’s not distracting. Set up was easy. WiFi was set up with no problems. Sound quality without sound bar was also pretty decent. Cons: -Web Os, the interface although easy to use but is slow and lags. -construction is not to the standard of the higher end models but it doesn’t feel like it’s going to break. -some image break up can occur during in dark scenes with a lot of action but does correct itself. If you are on a budget looking for a quality television this one should be high up on your list of options.

Holding up great
Purchased in September 2025 for my Grandmother. The TV is holding up great after 7 months. Can't say the same for a refurbished Vizio TV that I also got from Amazon. The picture is great and the features are all there. I was mainly concerned about ease of use since this was for my Grandmother who doesn't have a lot of patience for navigating technology. I'd ding 1 star because I could not get it to work with Ethernet, but getting it to work over Wi-fi was easy and worked well.

So much better than other brands
I’ve had an LG TV for nearly 6 years that was only 43 inches and it worked wonderfully, but it finally started having trouble just recently so I replaced it again with a bigger screen size for 55 inch and I love it! For a minute, I bought a Google TV at TCL thing And I hated it. I absolutely hated it. The remote control didn’t have a numeric pad like this one does the brightness of it just doesn’t compare to LG! I’m losing my eyesight and it was so difficult because there were a couple of movies that I really enjoy watching that had night scenes that were so dark. You couldn’t even see the people! That doesn’t happen with LG. It’s wonderful easy to use great color superior sound you have so many choices it’s wonderful. I highly recommend this TV and this brand compared to most. I’ve never had a problem with LG and I’m hoping not to have one in so far so good with this one. I don’t see anything that could cause it except the beautiful color maybe going someday hopefully not for another five or six years.

Outstanding TV; Absolutely Horrendous Remote Experience
Love this TV but hate the remote. Even the add on remote sucks because it doesn’t have a mute button (or if it has one I’ve yet to find it after owning the TV for well over 6 months). Not very user friendly in that regards. Haven’t seen any load issues with their webOS but may switch back to Fire stick solely because of the remote issue. The connectivity is strong, reliable and the picture quality is amazing. Rich colors and deep blacks. Light enough for a one person hanging job. No need to have multiple people unless you’re not sure you can handle it. If there’s was a multiple LED mini I would definitely get LG for the Living Room replacement.

Good TV for the money.
Not a bad TV. One think to note that the BOT tutorial speaks REAL fast and hard to understand. Not sure if there is a way to slow it down. It is comical to hear. TV has a great picture and good color. Tint needs some adjustments especially green. Otherwise no complaints so far.

Don't break the bank
Waited 6 months to write this review. Zero Problems, the ability to set the picture and volume to my preferences is great and the picture QUALITY and viewing angles are awesome. I am so glad I did not add spend 5k on a TV. Smart buy, high Value.

DON'T BUY A TV OR ANY HIGH VALUE ELECTRONICS!!!
Never buy any high priced electronics from Amazon. There are two reasons. I bought this LG 4K on August 13. Days later the sound wouldn't come on when using my laptop to my Bose, that worked at the start upon receiving it and hooking it up. No modifications were made. I turned the TV on in the morning, and there was no sound. I checked everything as far as drivers, cables, Windows updates, and rebooting it. No change. I Uninstalled and reinstalled drivers. I had sound when I tested the laptop speakers, but none from the Earc to the Bose. I had the same set up on a different tv and all was fine. On top of that, the picture image changed to a high contrast look twice, and I had to power it off overnight, before the regular picture returned to normal the next morning. While watching movies on Prime Video, the picture was in black and white. I had a standard LG, 4K LCD tv before this that I bought at Best Buy in 2015, and it worked very well even after eight years. Needless to say, I really wanted this TV to work out because I was a big LG TV fan. I finally got fed up with all these issues, and decided to return it to Amazon before my thirty day window ended. I packed it in the box it came in, along with the packing materials I saved. This is where the 2nd part that really upset me. After returning it through UPS, I called Amazon about my refund, and was told I'd receive it within 2 to3 hours once received. What wasn't explained is the fact that it's not it's received through UPS that the refund is processed, like any other return, but when the TV is delivered to a different state. So, the TV was delivered the next morning to Amazon, and it's almost 24 hours later, but no refund has been processed. Now the refund estimate is 8 days from now. I've been lied to 3 times throughout this whole process by customer service about my refund. I was told things would happen that hasn't happened, and the story changes from rep to rep. It seems that Amazon holds on to your refund in hopes you might miss out on a sale with a similar product elsewhere. They take your money instantly, but it takes weeks to return it back to you. This is real bad business. I'm taking my business elsewhere, and with never buy hundred dollar electronics from amazon.com again. If they don't trust their customers, they should schedule an appointment to have to same guys who deliver the TVs pick them up, and pack them to ensure all is received, so customers can also receive full credit and an immediate refund of their purchase.
