I researched Gymnema Sylvestre in scientific studies, and research papers, before I ordered this one. I wanted the whole herb that has been used in India for thousands of years for metabolic issues and other things. I research the herbs I take and I want to know the pros and cons of the herb, and its' effects. I highly advise doing a Google search and finding out about this amazing herb. For example: Gymnema stimulates the release of GLP1, the same thing people take Ozempic and the other new weight loss drugs for. Gymnema blocks a lot of simple sugar absorption in the intestines, not starches but glucose, and other simple sugars. It heals the beta cells in the pancreas and regenerates them. It does a lot of other helpful things as well. I bought this Gymnema because it is the whole herb with all the constituents, I want ALL the benefits the whole herb gives. It works very well. If I take just one it works so so. But if I take 2 when I wake up, and 1 in the evening, I get great results. My sugar cravings have disappeared. You do not know what a relief that is! Sugar addiction is a real thing. Sugar releases dopamine when it is eaten, so does high fructose corn syrup. This dopamine release is cause the craving, just like a junkie. That is exactly what happens when people take any kind of drug, It causes a huge surge of dopamine the pleasure neurotransmitter, that's what causes the high. And the dopamine production in the brain can't keep up with the demand , because it takes more of the drug over time to get that same high. So yes, you CAN be addicted to sugar. Cigarettes release dopamine, coffee, and a lot of other things just not in the same amounts as hard drugs. Don't let anyone shame you! Don't beat yourself up. I know you've tried everything. I have never heard of this before. when i was doing some digging on herbs to help sugar cravings as well as being hungry, this product did come up on my search. I read so many comments and found it might be for me. I am almost 60 and I have a food and sugar addiction. I have been taking this for 3 days now and I am just shocked it really works. i had a sugar craving this morning and I was able to just shrug it off. the only side effect so far is I have a headache this morning, but I am ok with it. If you are questioning anything I get it. I did as well. but with the price its worth the try. I am overweight because of my addiction to food. there is no aftertaste or scent. it helped with my digestive effects. I will be giving an update in a month since I have only been taking it 3 days ago.

This does work and does definitely surpress any sugar cravings. Also makes any sugar taste disgusting lol I used to put tons of sugar in my coffee. I feel like it does the same for salt but that could just be me. I did do the work physically just by even walking to get my heart rate up and saw a difference. The only issue is I cannot find any supplement with low mg dosage. This gave me headache every day. Sometimes plain pain medicine does not help for the headache to go away, I had to take migraine prescribed medicine and Excedrin migraine for the headache to go away. I would try to split the pill for a lower dosage. The headache did eventually stop after long term use but I had to Google why I kept getting them because I get headaches various reasons. Blood pressure did mellow out because before it was extremely high even with meds. DO NOT STOP YOUR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE MEDS, seek professional advice.
