Nice Basil seeds to replace TOXIC Chia seeds
Really good quality basil seeds. I started to buy these after I heard Chia seeds can be full of pesticides and other chemicals we don't want in our bodies. The basil seeds act the same way as chia seeds but slightly better and are sourced from organic farms which don't use herbicides or pesticides. I prepare mine at night before bed and soak them in water for drinking the next morning. I can't say they are making a huge difference to my health but I notice I'm not so bloated anymore and my gut is shrinking a bit. I'll review more after I finish this bottle. Thank you!

Great way to get your daily dose of fiber, great value for the money that you pay, it looks and has same consistency as Chia seeds, but 5 g or fiber, fresh and great quality
