Review: This sanitizing solution is powerful! - I recently got into home brewing, and this came recommended by a friend. When fermentation is done and you transfer your liquid to bottles, you have to clean and sanitize the vessel you used for the fermentation process. Being that I’m a noob, I’ve got a gallon glass jar with a bubbler. After cleaning with regular soap and water, rinsing, and letting it dry, I use this no-rinse sanitizer as the final step in the cleaning process. Be very careful as this stuff, in liquid form, can damage your skin, your eyes, you shouldn’t breathe it in, and in general, be very careful when handling. Upon complete evaporation, it’s perfectly safe and doesn’t need to be rinsed further. It apparently loses potency and any toxic effects upon drying completely. If you’re into homebrewing, this is a definite must have for properly sanitizing your items.
