Coffee shop owner here.This is the best frother you can get for the price. Highly recommended. Other frothers under $30 are underpowered. Frothers over $30 are overpowered! This one has a powerful motor but with 3 speed options, so it can put in the work if needed but it can also be gentle if you're working with a small amount of liquid. You get weeks of daily use on a single battery charge. Build quality is good. Nothing lasts forever, but these do have decent longevity ESPECIALLY considering the price. I have had one that had an issue with the switches after 1 month where it wouldn't shut off (it actually started smoking!) HOWEVER I sent an email to the address that comes on the warranty card and a week later I had a brand new one. They even followed up to make sure that I was satisfied with the replacement. Grade A customer services. I honestly don't know how they can provide a product of this quality at the current price of $13.

Excellent frother. Works very well. Strong motor. I like the 3 different speeds and each having their own on/off button, rather than cycling thru speeds. Having different attachments is very nice and convenient. I had an issue with the first one, but customer service was very easy to deal with and sent me a replacement right away. Definitely recommend.

I bought this frother after tiring of changing the batteries in my old frother. I figured for the reasonable price, I might as well give it a try. Wow! It's awesome. It froths the milk so much better than my battery-operated one - I needed to use a larger cup because it froths so much better! I love how the froth quality doesn't degrade over time like in a battery-operated frother. The charging base is low profile and takes up very little kitchen counter space. I've been using this frother daily for over two months and have zero complaints, and best of all, I don't have to recycle batteries anymore! I think it's a super value for the money!

We really like this frother, especially because it has individual controls for each of the speeds rather than needing to cycle through all three speeds in order to turn off like most of these milk frothers need to do (meaning you have to cycle from slow to medium to fast in order to turn them off). With this frother, we can turn it on and off directly with any of the speed settings which is very nice. We also like that it is rechargeable (rather than needing batteries) and the pieces can be removed for deep cleaning in the dishwasher.The only major downside is that the first one we purchased in January 2024 died within two months of the original purchase (using it about 2 minutes every day and charging weekly). We contacted foodvilleservice@ (nb: Amazon will not let me post the email address, but it came in the packaging) and got a returnless warranty replacement quickly (arrived within a week) so it was not a big problem, though it does make me concerned about the quality control. We will see if the replacement lasts longer than the original (so far it has made it about 1 month). I will try to update this review if the new one makes it past the year mark (which is about how long these types of products seem to last given our past experiences).

This is my second frother from this company. I love it. I had the first one for over 2 years and it worked very well until it stopped working. As it was one of my favorite appliances, I’m probably overused it. Knowing me, I probably killed it. But it was a wonderful addition to my kitchen. So of course, I jumped at a chance to purchase another one once the first one died. This one is even better. I love that it’s white, and has a very nice stand and the convenient carrying case. It’s powerful, enough to do the mixing that I need to do. I use it to scramble my eggs, froth my milk, and mix drinks. The buttons are very simple and easy to use. Simple toggle buttons that press in and offer various levels of speed - low, medium and high. And it’s rechargeable!!! It’s easy to clean, and quick to dry. I highly suggest this device for your kitchen. Also, may I add that their customer service is amazing. I registered for the warranty with the company, and their response time was so quick. The representative was very kind and helpful, and I was registered immediately. I highly suggest this company and their products.UPDATE 4/20/2025I think the motor is gone. Green light indicated battery is charged but the whisk won’t move. I charged it on the base rather than using the cord directly on the device. I will provide an update after I reach out to them for further assistance.Update 4/27/2025I contacted FoodVille regarding my issue with the frother. As I had the company's warranty on the device, I was able to receive support from Elisa - who was absolutely amazing! She suggested some troubleshooting tips, and explained to me that the base may have caused the issue. They are sending me a replacement, frother and I have since thrown away the vase to resist the temptation of using it. I am so very appreciative of their wonderful customer service and prompt attention to my issue. I will definitely purchase this device again from FoodVille. Elisa - YOU ROCK!!!!!Latest update: I have received my replacement device, and it is working just fine. I am very happy that I made this purchase, and that I contacted support for Food bill in order to make this happen. Everything was simply awesome, and very swift. I am very appreciative of the care and the knowledge that was shared.

I've owned this milk frother for 2-months and absolutely loved it! I mainly use this product to whip heavy whipping cream for my coffee and it does an AMAZING JOB! I charged it once during this time but for some reason it stopped working. I figured it needed a charge but after doing that it just stopped working. I contacted the manufacturer, and they IMMEDIATELY sent me a replacement and explained that sometimes during the manufacturing process, issues occur. The customer service is IMPECCABLE! Very sincere and very understanding and even took the time to follow up with me after I received the replacement. I LOVE THIS FROTHER! I do hope it will last longer this time, if not, I'll let customer service know. AND THE PRICE IS GREAT!
