High quality Steel Kadai
Really good heavy gauge kadai. I cooked vegetable biryani. It cooks evenly and food doesn’t stick to the bottom. I am not sure how to use the steel lid though. Very happy with the purchase

Purchased it yesterday afternoon , cooked a kache gosht ki mutton biriyani . Used very little oil, there was no gravy, mutton or rice sticking to the sides or bottom . Fantastic Handi !!!!
