Karlywindow Mens Medieval Pirate Shirts Renaissance Halloween Costume Tops

This was my husband's Romeo costume for a "famous duo" dress up party. Quality and price were great; however, I was startled by how short the shirt was. I envisioned a tunic, but it is regular shirt length. Which actually the picture shows that, I just did not pay attention to how high their belt is. For reference, my husband is 6'3" and over 320 lbs. We ordered 3X. Once he put his belt on over the shirt (under his stomach), there was about 1" of shirt left hanging out. It may be just fine for the average man. I did have to spend some time ironing, but that's not a deal breaker for me.

When I first order this shirt, I received a message that shipping was going to take over 7 weeks. Yikes! I have plans 6 weeks from the order date. I contacted customer service. They were friendly and responsive. I actually received it 8 days after my order. After contacting customer service, I read some of the reviews. My apprehensions increased after reading many disparaging reviews. I am delighted to report I am completely delighted with my shirt. I am 6'1", 215 pounds. My chest size is 44" with a sleeve length of 34". I ordered a large. Based on the size chart, a large would be the correct size. I did indeed receive a large. The color, green, was indeed, a deep green. Yes the shirt is mostly polyester but that is ok. This is not for everyday wear. It is for a costume. It is perfect!!

Worked for what I needed it for. Light material, but not soft. No shrinkage when washed

I normally wear Large but bought an XL just in case. It fit decently but was obviously a little big, so the sizes are pretty good. It's made out of a light and not very soft fabric so it might not be the best for wearing by itself, however it can be worn over other shirts without sacrificing comfort. I'm even tempted to wear it in place of a standard dress shirt at some small occasions since it actually looks pretty good and isn't as uncomfortable as some of those.

Have a 3 Musketeers Halloween costume and this went perfect with it. I think I can pull off wearing it with jeans for an everyday outfit as well.

I wear a 2X in regular clothes. This is about the size of a medium at best. I used the size chart provided. Positive: It looks to be very nicely sewn. The material would be good for a hot day. Less Positive: The tag says 2X. It is more like a child's size. I can't wear this. The material is very thin. If it were any color other than black it would be see through. I want to return it. Conclusion: If you are small of stature and wear it in the summer or indoors, this is a good buy. If you're a larger scale adult this probably isn't a good purchase.

This pirate shirt worked perfect: the Medium fit perfect, nice material, high quality. Added a bandit mask and head scart and sash and plastic sword and the costume was perfect, and considdrably cheaper than buying the actual Westley costume from amazon (which I actually bought and returned cuz it was sooo bad)

First, it is shorter than in the pictures. The bottom hem barely brushes the hips, when NOT wearing a belt. The sleeves were an excellent length for me - but my arms are a touch short. The cuffs are cut so large that even after lacing up and tying, you can easily slide your fist in and out of them. It came with the three laces loose in the package - not a problem, as I know how to lace up a shirt and sleeves. The laces are rather long, leaving them trailing after being tied. The grommets you lace thru are fairly large, so remember to tie a knot in each lace end after lacing to help prevent them from slipping out when untied. The material is a very thin, handkerchief-weight cotton - expect some shrinkage and color fading with the first few washes. Should be very comfortable to wear in summer, despite black color. I ordered a size large, I typically wear a large; it's a little close-fitting around my torso prior to washing; am hoping it won't shrink much, even though I've been losing weight. This material will likely rip easily if it snags on anything, so bear that in mind.

Excellente qualité et très confortable!... Il faudrait commander deux tailles plus grande si vous êtes américain, je suis canadien de 6’ et j’ai commandé un 2xl ça marche très bien!...

Although the fabric isn't the best as its made out of polyester it's still thicker then your costume material so overall it's actually really nice, the fit and the make are really good quality as well. Would buy it in different colours again.
