Very smart handle design. Safer to use and keeps fingers away from the blades and the heat of the motor unit. Also makes carving much easier to manage by the way the unit can be manouvered more easily. Not to go unnoticed: the little resting 'pontoons' on the bottom of the unit. The whole unit rests solidly and flat when you need to out it down for a bit.

I've tended to lean towards well-known brands that I am familiar with, so I hesitated to order as I have never heard of this one. The reviews were good and I have had such trouble finding one that works well but is also comfortable to use. I am in my late 60s, have arthritis in both hands and the last recent electric knife I bought was so hard to use, the buttons set up awkward. This electric knife is awesome, slices with no effort, meat does not get stuck in between the blades, it's not heavy to hold and best of all, it is so comfortable to operate re how the buttons are positioned. Comes in a sturdy cardboard box and includes a large serving fork and two sets of blades, one for meat and one for breads. Just carved the breast meat from a 20lb turkey, came out perfect. Sure wish I had found this one sooner.

Easy use and it must be in kitchen it is very helpful for fine cutting of Meat, Turkey 🦃 etc..
