Works good if you follow directions. My advise is to heat a cup of water in microwave for about 1 minute, depending on microwave power. Pour into tray under soaking tray. Soak each hand for 10-15 minutes. The longer the better. You may need to resoak stubborn nails for a few more minutes. Overall takes about 30 minutes total time.

If you have gel nails this is an all day job. You have to keep soaking and scraping. Going to the salon will take probably 1hr. Dont like the drills they use to file down😆.
