Straight out of the packaging your brush will be in “TRY ME” mode. \n\nTo exit “TRY ME” mode follow these steps: 1. After removing the brush from the packaging, press the button on the side of the brush to hear the audio introducing BriteBrush™. \n2. Start brushing up and down after the introduction.
