Alarm Clock with FM Radio, Dual Alarm, Nap/Sleep Timer, 3'' LED Dimmer 12/24 Hour Display with Dimming,Snooze Function, usb Charging

The product was described as new but it had been previously used. The box had been previously opened (obvious from the tears and bends in the box from where it was opened), if it weren't for the box being in an Amazon envelope I don't see how the contents would have stayed in the box during shipping the box was in such bad shape . The protective face cover looks like it was removed and (poorly) put back on. The battery tab looks like it had been removed and replaced. The bubble wrap was still in the box but the contents were no longer in the bubble wrap packages.As to the product itself, the button functions are way overloaded (too few buttons doing too many different things). I'm pretty tech savvy and yet had a difficult time figuring out the magic sequence of button presses to set the alarms/radio etc. The dimming dial is useless - not even a 1/10 of a turn of the full range of the dial takes it from full brightness to non-visible.

This clock is a decent product and I am happy with it for the most part.Pros: Easy to read jumbo digits, Display is dimmable way down to under 10% brightness, Good radio reception, Adequate sound and volume for a bedside alarm clock, 2 alarms with customizable snooze time, two USB ports for charging.Cons: A bit difficult to understand programming, Tuning the radio or adjusting the volume requires using a multifunction button, I have not been able to get the single day alarm feature to work, USB ports are low power so charging a device from a low battery state will take a long time.

Visual features are fine. Easy to read easy to change brightness. Problem was with the alarm. The clock seemed confused as to what time to ring. We set and reset the alarm feature and ended up relying on a different clock for the alarm. Never did get the radio to work.

I like the extra large size of the numbers, i can see them without my glasses on from the other side of my king size bed. I also like that i can dim the display down to any light level!

Nice large red numbers. Not great radio reception. Not much radio around here anyway.

Junk! Broke in a week.

I like the large numbers; easy to read from anywhere in the room. Neither alarm works and the clock seems very cheaply made. It is a waste of money.UPDATE: Immediately after I wrote the original review, I was contacted by the company's customer service. It was very important that they make it right, and insisted on replacing the broken alarm clock with a new one, at no expense to me. The clock arrived very quickly. The new clock works perfectly.The clock is not as well made as some other alarm clocks, as it is very light-weight and there is not a lot of substance to it. With that being said, I still love the large bright green numbers that are easily seen across the room. That is the main reason I purchased it. I am very impressed with the customer service department of the company.

Very disappointed to open the package and plug in the clock to see it has green numbers, not red, as I ordered. My mom wanted red..with two alarms. I looked all over and thought this would be great. She doesn't want to bother me, so she is keeping it. It is fairly easy to set up. It is nice that the snooze button is raised so that you can turn it off and later turn off the alarm with the other button. The brightness wheel on the side moves too easily. You barely touch it and it moves to dark. It is nice and lightweight. UPDATED: I was contacted by the company. They were VERY sorry for sending the green numbered clock, instead of the red numbered one that I ordered. They kindly sent a red one and said keep the green, as it was an error. I appreciate them contacting me and following through so quickly by sending the clock I ordered.
