The size is also perfect when baking and one cup of milk is called for, or to take on car trips, or for children or grandchildren to put in their lunch boxes or bags, making its portability a plus. I am a two-time cancer survivor, and my bones were weakened from too many radiation treatments and from a medication after breast cancer that left me with daily lower back pain (thankfully, I am no longer on that medication and am pain free). I have periodic check-ups and scans, one of which was a bone density scan six months ago. Although my spine was reported as having normal bone density (that was a blessing), both femurs in my thighs showed low bone mass (my things were at the bottom of the radiation field). These chocolate milk boxes are very convenient and taste great. My kids like them, and I like that they are shelf-stable, so they are easy to pack for school lunches, snacks, or trips. The size is just right, and the pack is a good value to keep stocked at home.
