Unusually well made!
In these commercial times of inbuilt redundancy and plastic throwaway, it was nice to find a product which looks like it should last forever, and judging by the internet, much older Zefal floor pumps are still working perfectly decades after they were built.After several other brands of tyre pumps have either prematurely broken or worn out on me recently, I was drawn to details like the pump handle is made of real wood, the pressure tube of steel, and the pump's foot brackets are cast iron.The pump strokes are extremely light for the amount of pressure generated, and I like the fact that the maximum pressure is 230 PSI, which is great for 'popping' tyres on to their bead.Recommended!

At last : a decent pump!
I've tried all sorts of pumps over the years with mixed success. My previous pump was fine until I tried to reach 8 bar for my road bike. This Zefal reaches high pressure with no problems and it is certainly made out of durable material. I can see this lasting a good few years. Well worth paying the extra.

very solid worth every penny
after buying a number of cheap ones, I decided to splash the cash . This pump is very sturdy weighs a ton . better paying more and get a beast like this one.
