A bit tricky the 1st time you put it on, but learn quickly how to put it. The straps have to stretch to stick the velcro; if you see skin between the straps, you put it wrong; it wont cover 100% the arm so make sure is put where you want to burn which in my cause was inside arm triceps; same area for the legs. And remember the soft side goes out. It hold well, done all types of exercises and yoga and if you put it correctly it wont slide. Works good.

The ones for the thighs do not stay on they slide right off.

The size runs small.
