Totally took the fear out of trying to invest in MHP's. Author was very, clear, straightforward, simple instructions, smart and witty. Loved that the book was not so wordy, but at the same time had many great tips, suggestions and great advice. Highly recommend to anyone interested in investing in MHPS.

Very thin book, large font, some repetition, and recaps at the end of each chapter. I read it in about an hour and it didn't have any particular pearls.

David has put together an easy-to-read, straightforward book about acquiring and running mobile home parks. It's always great to read real life stories from people who are active real estate investors.
