What is the shelf life of this oil? Should it be refigerated after opening?

Does NOT say to refrigerate after opening. Bought it in 2019, and it says Best By Feb 2021. GREAT oil for frying Beignets!

can it be used on skin and hair?

Beignets are fried in this oil. Not sure about the hair. But coconut oil is good for hair, if your looking to grow hair, Amazon sells a great oil for hair growth. For skin I'd use shea butter. Hope that helps.

The label does not say refined or unrefined. However, I would guess unrefined as it is minimally processed for Kosher certification. Cottonseed oil is great for frying and is delicious.
