Is this motorcycle ship with oil in it

I ordered the X-PRO HAWK 150cc diet bike, but was sent the Viper 150cc dirt bike. It arrived with the oil already in it, so I would assume the Hawk would also be delivered with the oil already in it.

Far from fun unless things vibrating off is what you consider fun.
