RENPHO Eyeris 2 Eye Massager with Heat & Cooling, Heated Eye Mask

I wasn't sure about this at first, but after adjusting the fit and pressure settings I love it. This has been a great treatment for occasional headaches, migraines, or sinus pressure due to illness. It's also just a nice way to wind down at the end of the day. It is a little noisy, but you can use the Bluetooth setting to play your own relaxing music. The lowest setting of the built-in nature sounds is ok in a pinch too. After enjoying it for six months, only the temple area of pressure was still functioning. However, they stand behind their warranty! After I sent a video documenting the issue I was sent a new device. I'm glad we had HSA money expiring or I would never have splurged on this massager. If it stops working after the warranty period I will buy it again.

I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect with this item, but I am very pleased with what I’ve received! It’s comfortable to wear, and the volume is set at a good level, making the audio clear and easy to understand. It is slightly heavy on the face, but very simple to adjust and distribute the weight so it rests comfortably and doesn’t leave red marks on my face. It relaxes me and helps me unwind from the day. Overall, I highly recommend this item.

This is what I wanted when I bought the Eyeris 3. The eyeris 3 did not help with my headaches at all. It was OK for dry eye since it gets hot enough for a 20 min warm compress to be effective (and much better than heating up masks in microwave) as well as provide some massage to temples and eyes if you think it will help unclog your meibomian glands so they lubricate eyes better. But it didn't massage my eyebrows or forehead where I get migraine and tension pain. This at least does slight massage and pressure to forehead, pressure to back of head, as well as temples. It doesn't massage eyes, only heats. Which I'm not even sure how safe massaging eyes is honestly so I'm ok with that. Huge improvement for headaches and even with pressure being lighter than I'd like, relaxing. I hope it is successful and they improve on future versions. I didn't give 5 stars bc there is room for improvement. I have a small head and this doesn't adjust or bend in middle like Eyeris 3, so I suspect I'm not experiencing as much pressure as I could since it does not really bend to fit my face snugly, i feel a gap. The heat still works as warm compress for my dry eye so glad that is there. The occipital (back of head) portion is really more like pressure when it pulls. I still enjoy it, but would like it more if I could put it lower closer to where head meets neck as I have a lot of tension there. If I try to put it lower, thwarted by small my head and the mask is contacting even less of my face. My other two complaints is this one doesn't have the voice assist and I do use that on Eyeris 3 nor does it remember your preferred settings, despite costing more. I haven't really tested the battery life, but I figure charging it every 2 uses is fine. The other improvement I'd like to see is combine this model with the renpho "shift" model that has speakers built in. The Bluetooth is not that helpful to me bc my husband can hear it too, so i have to try to combine this and my headband headphones. I didn't see this model on the Renpho website though and I hope they are not discontinuing it. Amazon is filled with eye massagers, but I'm glad to have one that actually massages my head now! If they combined a few features from the Eyeris 3 and Eyeris shift and made the mask more adjustable to different size faces it would be great. Criticisms aside, this is the best option I've found so far for those with tension headaches or migraines and what I was hoping to experience with the original Eyeris.

One of my best purchases ever - Renpho has great products - this does not disappoint. I use frequently but more than once overnight. The head and eye massager relaxes me almost instantly. I can easily adjust the vibration levels, pressure, heat, and noise. It’s durable and convenient. Great value -

I’m a big fan of Renpho masks, I first bought the gradient model with the hard shell and then bought everyone in know that model for Christmas. Well, sadly I broke it and saw that they came out with this model with the head massager and got excited. On its own it’s decent but I recommend getting the one with the hard shell. This one’s pressure just isn’t there, it spans just far enough to just tease the temples, and the back of the head thing just feels weird. I wish I’d gone with what was tried and true.

I truly love this RENPHO Eyeris Head & Eye Massager. It relaxes me so much that it makes me sleep like a baby. The only “problem” (if you can call it that!) is that it works too well 😄 — I often fall asleep before the cycle ends and sometimes wake up still wearing it because I didn’t move all night. It’s honestly like being hypnotized. In less than 15 minutes, I’m completely asleep and stay that way until the next morning. The combination of gentle pressure, heat, and massage around the eyes, forehead, temples, and head is incredibly soothing and effective for stress and tension. My husband tried mine and now he can’t fall asleep without his. After that, I had to get another one just for him. Then my daughter tried it… and now she wants one too. It’s become a chain reaction — everyone who tries it ends up wanting their own. The quality is excellent, it feels comfortable, and it truly does what it promises. It’s been amazing for relaxation, headaches, and especially for sleep. The good: the heat works great!; The sounds are ok (nature sounds and repeating gneric floaty new age music). The pressure on the back of the head is a good greater (wish it extended a bit wider). There's is party of the tension relief setting where the pressure rolls from the sides of the head to the forehead that is heaven! I wish there was a way to hit a bottom and make it just repeat that over and over. The ugly: this things is HEAVY for someone that sits on the bridge of your nose. That wouldn't be so bad if the nose area was contoured like an actual face, but the while front is relatively flat. Even laying flat on your back, I'm order to get the pressure where you want, the hard plastic housing presses into your nose and is incredibly uncomfortable. The concept is there, but it needs to house the electronics in a housing that has flexible panels for confirm to your face, and a X strap that fits over the top of the year to super the weight off the nose. This same company makes an eye mist Denise that would honestly work great with the air bladders in it for massage. I'll keep using this, but I'm probably going to have to modify it to make it useable, because holding the things up while it's being used isn't relaxing

I really like this eye and head massager overall. The heat and massage features are very relaxing, and the built-in speakers are such a nice touch. I love being able to listen to music or calming sounds while using it — it definitely makes it feel more spa-like. The heat feels soothing and the massage modes are great for winding down, especially at night or after staring at screens all day. It’s easy to use and feels well made. Helps with tension headaches and when my eyes are tired from looking at a screen. My only downside is the fit. I have a smaller, more petite head, and this runs a little big on me. It still works and I use it, but it doesn’t feel quite as snug as I’d prefer. I think it would be a perfect fit for someone with an average or larger head. Pros: • Relaxing heat and massage • Built-in speakers are a big plus • Easy to use • Feels high quality Cons: • A little big if you have a smaller head Overall, I’m happy with it and enjoy using it, especially for relaxation. Just something to keep in mind if you have a petite head.

Frontal lobes stopped working after using 5 times. There is no warranty claim mechanism after return window is closed. Poor after sales service. The product is good until it broke down. Didn’t expect it to become faulty so quickly after paying 400AED

It is amazing. Honestly, I have an older one that the heat stopped working months ago and I finally broke down and bought myself a new one. I did try the renpho one that has the mist. It was awful. It did not touch any part of my face. This one I was a little nervous when I saw that it didn't bend, but it's amazing. I feel it could have more pressure around the entire eye like my older version does, but it hits the temples quite nicely.And the feature for the back of the head, oh, that's outstanding. I wish there was a way to easily shut off it's built-in noise. I don't like it. I prefer to use my own. I don't know if mine is defective or not. But when I connect it to my meditation list, it will only play the meditation for 15 minutes before shutting off. I really enjoy that this has a 15, 20, and 30 minute massage feature. I always go for the 30 minutes.I don't like that it shuts off my meditation mid meditation. Also, it will sometimes restart after the allotted 30 minutes. I'm not complaining, but it's a little weird.

Excelente, sobre todo para mi blefaritis. No tengo que estar con paños calientes. Aparte te masajea, no es una persona, por supuesto per va estupendamente. Y aparte, le puedes acoplar la musica del movil. Cinco estrellas.

Questo massaggiatore e' davvero strepitoso, ogni sera lo accendo e mi dedico un momento tutto mio, in piu' sembra di essere in una Spa , lo straconsiglio per chi come me dopo giornate stressanti vuole staccare la spina. Le emicranie sono diminuite io tra le tre opzioni scelgo quello piu' soft quando la testa non fa male, se inizio con Emicranie piu' frequenti accendo la spia rossa, e quella esercita una pressione piu' potente, il calore che emane e' piacevolissimo, la sera prima di coricarmi lo uso, e la notte dormo che una bellezza!!.

It was functioning well first few weeks but suddenly the forehead massaging has stopped. Seems like a common issue as others have also reported. Is there any solution to this ?
