Helps regain your 'breath' quicker. I wish I found this several months ago during very humid weather in July and the crazy Canadian wildfire smoke that comes down into Wisconsin. But during workouts in garage with limited AC, the humidity and air quality isn't optimal and going outside it hazardous. This canned O2 would have been just the ticket after doing some strenuous workouts and not being able to catch my breath. I have this now in Nov since October and while having similar shortness of breath, I take 3 to 4 hits off the can and seems to help vs just sitting in front of a window AC breathing the cold air. So far its lasting a long time. I mark the bottom with a sharpie counting down the number of 'hits' taken and so far its around 30 and still some left in the can. I originally saw this on Will Tennyson's YT channel where he tried it out. I didn't know this stuff existed and contemplated getting an Oxygen tank and mask but so much regulation and hoops to jump through. Here you can just buy it and use as needed and not very bulky. Its as heavy as an empty beer can. While this takes me back to watching the original Total Recall movie with Canned Air on Mars, its definitely got its place in my gym being an older lifter.

First learned of this when visiting my kids in Denver - the mile-high city. It's common there for acclimating to the altitude, and to enhance exercise. Used it while there, and then ordered it to my home after that visit -- I now use it before exercise for better sessions. It works great, and my GP said it is fine (although I will also get confirmation from my cardiologist at my next apt). The only thing I don't like is not being able to tell when a can is empty. This has already messed me up as you can tell ZERO difference between a full can and an empty one... no weight difference at all, and the "numbers" on the can don't seem to give you any hints. Be sure to mark/date cans w a Sharpie, I ended up wasting 2 cans because I wasn't sure which was empty - seriously, it's impossible to tell! UPDATE: I did try to mark w a sharpie on the can for each press, but even that doesn't help since I am nowhere near the number that is predicted on the can and I'm suspicious it's empty. Ugh. Removed a star but will continue using unless another brand stands out.

I have altitude sickness and for those who don't know, it can just mean that you can't breathe well and get exhausted easily. This has been going on for a month. This oxygen was amazing at first. However, as time went on, it did little to help. I am still use it daily, in case it is doing something positive that I am not aware of. At first it did help me to feel better. It's easy to use, there's no taste, and the mask is comfy.
