I bought this chair for my son to replace an old one from 2018 that was literally falling apart. He spends a lot of time at his desk for both gaming and video editing, so comfort and durability were my top priorities. The Pros: Comfort: The padding is very thick and supportive. Ergonomics: The lumbar support and extra pillows make a huge difference for long sessions. Build Quality: It feels sturdy and is clearly made of high-quality materials. Customer Service: When we unboxed it, we noticed one of the adjustment paddles had snapped off due to some rough handling during shipping (the box was damaged in that exact spot). I contacted the company through Amazon, and they were fantastic—they had the replacement parts at our door within a week. Overall, this chair was well worth the money. Great product, even better service!

This chair is everything and more. It is simple to put together and looks so nice and high quality. The features are all convenient and the sound quality is phenomenal. It’s comfy to sit and play for hours while offering plenty of back and neck support, the multiple position recline is the best to allow to adjust to the perfect position. Worth every cent and would buy again

Comfortable and easy to put together when following directions

Decent gaming chair for the price. One major issue out of the box, STEP 1....the holes were not machined properly, which to some people would mean instability and inability to assemble this chair. What you can use to fix which most people have is a drill and a thick drill bit, using the side of the drill bit to shave the plastic down to accommodate to screw. It took about 5 minutes to get these all done, so not the end of the world, but it left me wondering what else what be wrong? Luckily, nothing. Again, when we buy our products from China, we rely on their quality control. Overall, a good chair, but almost identical to one at Walmart (same brand) with a different color, but $50 more than.walmart. my advice? Just go to Walmart and save $50.

I was really excited to get my GTPLAYER Pro gaming chair because the chair itself honestly looks and feels amazing. The color is exactly like the pictures online, which I really appreciated because sometimes products look completely different in person. The material has a very luxury feel to it, and overall the chair seems comfortable and well made. Unfortunately, one of the legs arrived with a broken piece on it right out of the box, which was definitely disappointing. Everything else about the chair was fine, but seeing damage on a brand new item kind of takes away from the excitement and makes me question the quality control during shipping or packaging. If the leg hadn’t arrived damaged, this would easily be a higher rating from me because the chair itself is beautiful and feels premium. I’m hoping customer service can help resolve the issue because I really do like the chair overall.
