I like these a lot make my teeth whiter - must do a good job removing stains. Peppermint good flavor, i dont need to add water to mouth usually only after i rinse. 2 things to know, In use i recommend you lightly chew for 20s until its fine enough to dissolve before swooshing or may have some fine pieces that don't dissolve right away. And 2nd don't have wet hands when you dip finger in jar of tablets may cause them to interact some with water moisture. Overall very fresh clean feel after using and doing 1 or 2 water rinses.

Works well and no cheap plastic bottle

These are mouthwash tablets. Chew and swish with a little water until dissolved. Not overly minty, hoping to help with dry mouth, doesn't much.

Great for on the go! I keep in desk at work. I like the fact they are in a glass bottle which can be recycled
