VS 50614 R Engine Valve Cover Gasket Set for Honda CR-V

My old gasket turned to plastic that’s how old it was. This fel pro kit Fits and seals very well. Stays on unlike other gaskets that fall off when installing the valve cover. Made of decent quality. This Kit included all the gaskets you need for the valve cover. 2 weeks and no leaks so far.

I finally installed this today in my 2007 Honda Accord 2.4L. The package came w/6 valve cover bolt grommets & 4 spark plug tube seals. Installed/fit as expected with no issues. I like the blue gasket because it's easy to see if seats correctly when the valve cover reinstalled. It did fit snug in the valve cover. The only question mark is durability. I'll update this review if there's an issue with that. I would by this again based on my installation experience.

Needed to perform a gasket change on a 2013 CRV..Researched the model, found the correct gasket. Watched a bunch of YouTube videos, and proceeded. And what ya know? Everything matched, and is still working properly. Even to this day (6 months later..), no problems. Do your research to ensure you're getting the correct gasket, and take your time!

Very nice nothing bad to say about it. It’s my second purchase and somehow the products seem better this time. It locks in perfect in my old Honda almost half of my age. Rubber boots for cylinder head need to go in tight the first time. Using dead blow helps.

Perfect fit and seal on a k24. All grommets and spark plugs seals fit perfectly. Just remember to line up the valve cover before you try to fit it in. Don’t slide it in because you will stretch out the gasket. Just push it straight down and if the corners aren’t lining up take the gasket out and adjust it until it fits properly. You shouldn’t be making new bends in the gasket. You should also change the spark plug tube gaskets. If your valve cover gasket is hard or brittle you spark plug gasket will be the same. Do it right the 1st time so that you don’t to go back in later cause you were to lazy or because you thought that they were still good cause it wasn’t leaking. This kit come with 2 different types. The soft one is for the K20 motor. The hard one is for the k24. The stock one will be kinda stuck in the cover but I just used a curved pick and dug it out with scratching the cover. To make the install easier just rub a little oil in the hole and on the spark plug gasket. Then you can just push it right into place. It’s not like the old Honda motors where you had to beat or press it in. I’ve used fel-pro gasket numerous imports with no problems. 99% of the time that people have problems is due to user error. Just take your time and follow the torque specs and tightening sequencing that the manufacturer states. If you don’t have access to a manual there’s clips and websites on the internet that can help you. Good Luck!!

Instalei no meu civic si no fim de julho/2025 e nesta segunda semana de dezembro/2025 os anéis de vedação das velas romperam e causou falha no motor, paguei guincho…com isso o óleo foi parar na bobina , encharcando-a, gerando falha no motor. Resultado: queimou uma bobina ! O que houve???? Pensei que essa marca Fel-pro fosse de boa durabilidade! Detalhe: meu mecânico é especializado em Honda.

Tuve problemas con otras marcas, pero con esta dejo de tirar aceite, con las otras siempre quedaba filtración.

This is a great high quality product. You really have to take your time with the spark plug well rubbers. Thiers and extra rubber that fits in front of the actual rubber that gives it a nice seal. I wasn't sure if I was doing it right at first but, pay attention to the rubber at the top of the spark plug whole while tightening the valve cover down and use your finger to push the rub er around the spark plug well. Perfect snug fit!!
