JCHENG 433MHz Wireless PIR Detector Infrared Motion Sensor for Home Business Alarm System Indoor

I needed a wireless PIR for my study/workshop which is in my garden. My house alarm system is not wireless, so I bought a cheap 433Mhz receiver module with relay output to mount inside the alarm control panel. It works perfectly and the two devices paired without any problems. The sensor is pretty smart, and conserves power by going to sleep for 3 minutes after 4 or more detections have ceased after a 3 minute period. This means that my normal activities in my study will not cause the sensor to waste battery power transmitting every time I move. I am expecting batteries to last a long time as the standby current is only 20 microamps. The ultra-alkaline batteries supplied have a rating of 1,500 mAHr, so in theory they should last 75,000 hours (about 8.5 years). I will be happy if they only last 4 years, which is about half their normal shelf life. When battery voltage is getting low, the sensor flashes its light 3 times periodically and can alert the control panel wirelessly. To sum up - this sensor is just about perfect. It is delightfully small and low cost. I will be buying more to protect the garage, garden shed, and summer-house. The receiver module I bought can handle up to 8 different sensors.

This easily connects to the host unit and can be installed in situ in minutes. Great value for money.

Ich verwende mehrere von diesen Bewegungsmeldern seit kurzem im Treppenhaus zum Einschalten der Beleuchtung. Die Signale werden von Sonoff/Tasmota Bridges empfangen und entsprechend weitergeleitet. Funktioniert bisher ganz gut. Laut Hersteller soll die Batterie lange halten, bin gespannt wie lange das sein wird. Die Bewegungsmelder haben eine rote LED die leuchtet, sobald ein 433MHz-Signal gesendet wird. Das ist während der Testphase ganz nützlich. Die LED lässt sich aber auch bei Bedarf per Jumper abschalten.

parfait, fonctionne seul point noir de ce détecteur je dirais qu'il clignote à chaque fois qu'on passe devant, pour économiser la batterie toutes les 5 minutes serait largement suffisant voir 15 minutes.

L'oggetto fa quello che promette, è semplice da montare e configurare. Rispetto alle istruzioni tradotte in un italiano a livello di traduttore on-line integro con la necessità di -accenderlo con l'interruttore posto sul retro, facendolo scorrere verso sx con un piccolo cacciavite o la punta di una chiave. Una volta acceso subito invierà il segnale quindi se impostate la centrale in ascolto appena acceso sarà registrato e dopo 30 secondi, al termine del suo autotest, potrete verificare l'effettivo accoppiamento passando la mano sopra. - per impostare la modalità "sleeping" occorre "aprire" il ponticello J4 rimuovendo il jumper (dalle istruzioni sembra il contrario). Per modalità sleep si intende che il sensore, quando allarmato per almeno 4 volte in 3 minuti, non emetta ulteriori segnali di allarme per altri 3 minuti dall' ultimo rilevamento per risparmiare sulle batterie (2 ministilo AAA già inserite). Per non perdere il jumper potete lasciarlo fissato solo su uno dei due contatti così da averlo comunque a portata di mano. -per aprirlo ha un gancio nella parte posteriore inferiore, ma dopo lo sgancio occorre comunque far scattare altri 3 incastri disposti sui lati a metà altezza e sulla parte superiore tirando leggermente (o aiutandovi con una carta in plastica per fare delicatamente leva). Ottimo funzionamento e caratteristiche, niente da rimpiangere rispetto al sensore da 35 euro che è andato a rimpiazzare.
