Love these perfect for all sorts of different strength training you can adjust how long/short you want them unlike the joined ones which Limit you to what strength training exercises you can do seem well made not cheap and flimsy like some I've used before

I bought the short version, 4’9”. They were perfectly long enough. I’m 5, 2” although they would suit a taller person. The different strengths were really helpful for Pilates exercises. I would recommend these.

Very difficult to buy just the one Strength, I end up with all five. Also, they are not a complete band. They’re not joined up at the end.S. Easy to note to the length you want to know big deal, flexible and strong

These are a bit short for someone of 6 feet or so like me. Probably my fault for not checking before I bought them but to do the exercise shown there's not really enough slack to grip properly.
