Will they fit my 2012 GMC Serria and will the stake holes line up?

I think this fits 99-05. Don't know about 2012 but if not they may make another one that does. The fit is acceptable but not as nice as if you spray Berliner on the bed rails however it is more durable if you need it for a work truck
