This is definitely a seriously heavy duty grade cast iron griddle that gets the job done! I haven't had any problems with the surface area scratching or rusting. I do keep it maintained by giving it a good cleaning and oil it down when I'm done with it. I also keep it inside so it's not to be exposed to rain. So I haven't had any problems with it rusting at all.I love the large surface area that it gives you to work with. I actually keep the heat more on the right side as a hot spot for cooking, allowing the left side to be more of a warm zone, which is great for toasting buns and keeping cooked veggies and meat warm.This griddle has also done very well with smashburgers as well, when you're scraping underneath the burger, the surface can take the scraping with no problem.The griddle itself is very versatile as in it can be used on top of multiple different heating sources, including gas grills, charcoal grills and even a stove top.If all you have ever used in the past is a large frying pan, you'll definitely want to try one of these griddles. It will change how you cook!

Me gusta la idea de poner esa plancha en mi cocina , queda bien en un solo quemador , la usamos para hacer desayunos como has-brown, bacon y omelets y nos a funcionado bien , lo unico que no me gusta es que calienta mas del medio y que como que se quemo de medio y no le podemos quitar eso que es la ultima foto , no es tan pesada y tampoco es grande .

This is an extremely well-made steel grill top, which could be used and left outside or, in my case, also used inside on top of gas burners. My gas burners do not turn down as well as I would like, and putting an extra layer of steel between the burners in my food has helped temper how high I need to cook things and has been very helpful. I don't think you could get a better quality grill top. The metal used is very thick and the unit itself is quite heavy. The sides are useful in keeping food from sliding off and tumbling into the coals or onto your stove top. It's quite wide, and is about half the width of a standard stove. I love mine, but you should be careful about keeping it out of reach of little hands. This baby conducts the heat all the way up its sides and it does indeed get hot.

This item is not Cast iron as advertised. It is welded plate steel it heats at different rate than cast iron still works but not cast Iron.

I got the 18.6 inch X 14 inch model. You could use this overtop of a firepit or charcoal grill too. Keep in mind that dripping grease could be a hazzard due to the front lip design of the unit, so that could be a chance for flareup with flames... But this is great for cooking a larger amount of meat, veges, eggs, pancakes/french toast... This would be great for use in an RV to change a regular grill quickly, camping although do keep the weight in mind. I wouldn't want to be hiking and lugging this into the back country. And keep in mind you'll need something to put it in to transport it. Remember to season it properly and it should be nonstick too.Regular price $ 75.99 per the listing.

I ordered this flat top griddle for my Camp Chef 16 pro. This griddle takes up the whole space of the three burners and I use it for when I need the whole amount when cooking for a lot of people. This really comes in handy to make like fried rice or when you need to make a lot of food at the same time to feed a lot of people. Like all these griddles if you put them on high right away, they will warp regardless of the brand or whatever so it’s always good to start on low heat and then slowly raise it up and you should not get any warping. The griddle is made of really good quality and is very heavy. I repeat very heavy but it’s cast-iron so it’s supposed to be heavy.

This fits perfectly on a Camp Check Expedition portable cook stove. this griddle is big improvement over the factory as it provides a higher side wall so when flipping eggs/hashbrowns/veggies/burgers... it don't suicide off the side and into the grate and burner area. It has a smooth surface. one thing I noticed on mine was it is not a flat surface, it has some slight bumpy marks. Taking 1 start off for this quality issue. Overall, it meets my expectations..!!!

Really nice product. I took advantage of the "universal" concept in the listing and boy am I glad I did. The 18"x14" fits perfectly on my outdoor propane burner as well as inside my pellet BBQ giving me a lot of new flexibility in my outdoor kitchen. The burner will give good coverage while maintaining even heat at just about any temperature. This very heavy cast iron which will do wonders to hold heat outdoors. The non-stick coating while making cleanup easier, will also help to keep the iron sealed preventing rust in the always-humid Pacific Northwest. I've wanted an outdoor griddle for a while so this promises to be a great summer!
