Comprei em um preço ótimo, testei em várias situações de sujeiras limpou super bem como eu tenho 2 pets aspiro antes depois passo apenas o mop com o robô ele dá conta na sujeiras, o mapeamento é super rápido e os obstáculos e incrível ele desvia muito bem e não bate em nada praticamente é uso a solução de limpeza da WAP que é compatível para robo aspiradores porque não faz espuma, super recomendo adorei os modos de limpeza tem vários e o aplicativos é muito intuitivo, recomendo fortemente os produtos Roborock, quem for comprar compra está marca e muito conceituada no mercado de robo e outra no aliexpress você encontra as peças de reposição originais com custo acessível.

Hello Roborock Team, I wanted to share some feedback after several days of using my Saros 10R. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the performance of the unit. I use it on approximately 2,500 square feet of sealed stained concrete flooring, and the results have exceeded my expectations. The floors not only look cleaner than they did with my previous manual cleaning routine, but they also feel noticeably cleaner underfoot. The vacuuming and mopping performance have genuinely improved my quality of life by reducing the time and effort required to maintain my home. I particularly appreciate the mapping capabilities, obstacle avoidance, automatic recharging, and the dock’s self-maintenance features. The robot has integrated very well into our household. I do have two suggestions that I hope may be helpful for future software or hardware updates: 1. High-pile rug handling: I have a very thick shag area rug in my master suite. The Saros 10R recognizes the rug and correctly identifies it as high pile, but it currently bumps the edge and does not attempt to traverse it. I have already experimented with separate zones, custom carpet settings, reduced suction, and manual control testing. One feature that might help users in this situation would be the ability to create a virtual threshold or edge designation around a rug, allowing the robot to approach and attempt traversal using customized parameters. 2. Robot self-cleaning: The dock does an excellent job maintaining the mops and dust collection system. One enhancement I would personally love to see is a method for cleaning dust accumulation on the exterior sides of the robot itself, perhaps through a docking rotation or side-cleaning mechanism. This is certainly a minor point, but it would further enhance the premium ownership experience. Thank you for creating such an impressive product. Ahora sí, les quedó muy mal este aparato, a cada rato se queda parado, porque el parachoques se atora algo que no pasaba con las versiones pasadas y todas las versiones, tienen un problema de contacto para la carga, y en lugar de mejorar esta experiencia la empeoraron porque pusieron muy profundos los contactos, y hay que estarlos limpiando de una manera absurdamente frecuente y están súper profundos Muy mal Roborock Llevo horas hincado tratando de limpiar los sensores y no funciona con ningún paño, sigue marcando error 13

I've been using the Roborock Saros 10R to clean my multilevel house for a week now and I love it. The app has many settings which are easy to use, the vacuum and mopping are efficient and fairly quiet, the removable tray makes maintenance really easy. I'm very satisfied with this purchase!

I've been using this now for just shy of 3 weeks, trying to test out all the features possible before it came time for this review to be due. So far, my experience with this machine has been fantastic. As a busy nursing student, vacuuming/sweeping/mopping are the bane of my existence when I could be using that time to relax or study more. It's also difficult to really get into the habit of doing these when you have ADHD. The inclusion of the Saros 10R has been genuinely life changing. My cats make giant messes with their food, and unless I vacuumed daily I was stepping over little bits of crunchies after their feasts, now this little guy sucks them all up instead and my feet have never been happier. Same with mopping my entryway. It's only a small 3m2 area as the rest of my space is carpet but its made such a huge difference because its the only way to get into my basement apartment (kitchen is upstairs.) I've had the vacuum on both the lowest suction and the highest, and honestly all three have had no issue picking up debris from my solid floors, but I would recommend bumping up the suction to at minimum the second level for adequate collection. I have two cats, one of them is a long haired boy who sheds like crazy, not to mention I myself have hair all the way down my back. As you can image there is a LOT of hair everywhere and I've been running this robot daily for 3 weeks and its had zero issues with tangling from the hair it picks up. However, I have had some issues with it grabbing onto my frayed carpet, which is totally a me problem as the previous occupants completely ruined the carpet and I've been looking at replacing it with wood but haven't had a chance. Anyway, the brush rollers grab onto the frays and pull the string out getting it tangled within the rollers. Just something to be aware of if you also have a carpet not in the best shape or if you have tassels on your carpets that are medium or long. Another huge boon is the fact that even on the 3rd suction setting, the volume of the vacuum is a lot lower than I expected. I can hold a conversation with zero issues with someone at normal volume with the robot vacuuming in the same room. The mop function has been fantastic. I've only been using water for the moment (distilled but still not sure that's the right move as it can leech and mess with electrical signals but I have very hard water and I've been trying to extend the longevity of the robot) because for whatever reason the Roborock brand cleaning solution isn't included (I would have even been happy with a sample size!) and its completely out of stock everywhere I look. Still, since it warms the water up its been doing a decent job at picking up surface dirt so that the floors atleast look clean. One thing to note is that Roborock requires you to use their cleaning solution otherwise use of other brand solutions will void your warranty. It's frustrating then that its impossible here in Canada to find the solution in stock anywhere. It's even sold out on their website. Another massive win for me is the fact that I never have to actually interact with the dust and debris the robot picks up. I specifically have a bagged vacuum because it helps cut down on dust in the air which leaves me in sneezing fits for the entire day as my allergies are very severe. I love love LOVE the fact that this robot empties into a bag and I effectively never have to touch the robot, because I've had two other robots that required me to manually pick up the bulky robot and empty it over the trash bin flinging dust everywhere. The bags have to be switched out every once in a while once they fill up but its been three weeks of daily vacuuming and it hasn't thrown a warning nor feels filled up yet. Of course your experience may vary depending on how debris is in your floors. The app itself is pretty straightforward. It can be a little difficult navigating the menu if you're looking for something specific, and for a lot of options if your robot if in the middle of a cleaning program it will tell you that the robot has to stop what its doing and go back to the dock before you can change a setting. It can definitely get frustrating at times but my best advice is to really take time to go through all of the settings during startup and make sure its what you want it. I currently use the AI cleaning setting and I have to say its incredibly jarring (in a good way) to see the vacuum pick up furniture and obstacles and be able to tell you what it is. For example, it knew that in my entryway I have a cat tree and labeled it as such in the map without me manually doing so. Same for my cats food/water fountain, and littler boxes. The robot also has a setting where it will be more cautious around pets. I was using this setting until one of my cats figured out that it backs away whenever it gets close to him, so now my cat torments the robot by laying down infront of the exits to rooms and blocks the poor thing. He also tries to play with it. As a pet owner though, I do appreciate that it doesn't completely terrify my cats. I'm over the moon so far with the performance of this Roborock. It's hands down the best robot vacuum I've owned, I just hope it continues its performance for many years considering the price.
