Amazing for those Monthly visits!
Never realized this type of product was out there. These are amazing and so helpful when we females have those monthly visits. Your teens and young adults will be ever so thankful to have these. Great pain relief and perfect heat.

I ordered these after I came home from giving birth because I was so obsessed with the instant heat packs at the hospital. I highly recommend for women who struggle with cramps, or postpartum moms! Just wow! They are easy to use and the heat level is just right. I love the quality that you get if the price and they can be functionally and comfortably worn under all your clothes!

Helps the pain!
These get hot, read the directions, it doesn’t go directly on skin, but on a layer of clothing. They stay hot for a very long time. Works well.

Doesn't work
Followed instructions exactly, but it doesn't work at all. Item never got warm, never changed temperature, does not do what item description says.

Perfect for on the go
The heat level is perfect if wearing during the day, they are super easy to use and the quality is really good. I like these much better than others I have tried because they are thin. One down side is it’s hard to get the sticky part off if u have nails otherwise 10/10
